Manual Handling Course Training

A Manual Handling Course is to train employees on how to lift up, put down, push, pull, carrying or moving a loads and objects safely. In the Guide to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 chapter 4 part two sets out regulations for employers to avoid or reduce the risk of injury resulting from manual handling activities.

During the Manual Handling Course the student will carry out manual handling activities as set out by guidance in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007.
